4 liang kudzu starch, 1 handful of Schizonepeta, 2 he of fragrant fermented soybeans.

Instructions for Use

Boil the fermented soybeans and Schizonepeta in 3 large bowls of water; reduce to 2½ bowls, strain out the residue, mix the kudzu starch into thin strands in the liquid, and cook until done. Consume on an empty stomach.
