Chinese Name : 天门冬饮子
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Asparagus root (core removed), 1 liang of Anemarrhena rhizome, 1 liang of Leonurus seeds, half a liang of Saposhnikovia root (root base removed), 7 qian and a half of Schisandra berries, 7 qian and a half of Poria (skin removed), 7 qian and a half of Sichuan Notopterygium (root base removed), and 7 qian and a half of Ginseng.

Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 4 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water and 3 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 8 fen, strain, and take warm after meals.
Note
Strictly avoid alcohol, wheat products, fried, roasted, or stir-fried foods, chicken, mutton, goose, duck, tofu, spicy foods, all toxic substances, sexual activity, and mildly warming herbs. Failure to do so will result in permanent blindness.
