4 liang of round, clean Pinellia (soaked in hot water, washed 7 times, baked dry, and weighed), 4 firm areca nuts.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; use the natural juice of fresh ginger to cook a paste, then roll into pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use
Take 30 pills per dose; for children, 7 pills. Smaller pills may also be used. Take after meals and before bedtime with light ginger tea.
