Drug Formulation
Atractylodes (preferably from Maoshan; use 1.5 jin. Soak in glutinous rice washing water for one and a half days, then remove, scrape off the coarse outer skin until the white inner layer is visible, and sun-dry. Next, soak in a child’s urine for one and a half days, remove, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and sun-dry. Then soak in boiled wine for one and a half days, remove, and sun-dry. Finally, use clarified glutinous rice washing water to boil the Atractylodes until thoroughly softened.Then cover it with steamed aged rice, layering one layer of rice with one layer of Atractylodes; cover the rice with a lotus leaf to prevent the release of the grain’s energy. Remove the rice and leaf, sun-dry, and grind into a powder) 4 liang; Phellodendron (8 liang—scrape off the coarse bark, chop coarsely, and soak in high-quality, ash-free wine for 3 days and nights.Turn it over to ensure thorough soaking, then dry in the sun. Mix the Phellodendron with honey in a sand pot; fill the pot halfway with water. Use willow twigs to create ridges, lay lotus leaves on the water’s surface, spread the Phellodendron mixture over the leaves, and steam it until the honey is fully absorbed. Remove and dry in the sun. Repeat this process of mixing and steaming three times. Then, line the bottom of the pot with paper and roast the mixture through the paper until it turns tea-brown; grind into a fine powder) 6 liang,Anemarrhena (coarsely chopped, steeped in high-quality wine for 3 days, sun-dried, stir-fried through paper, then baked; ground into a fine powder) 6 liang; Trifoliate Orange Fruit 4 liang (coarsely chopped, stir-fried with wheat bran until tea-brown; discard the bran; ground into a fine powder),Atractylodes macrocephala (in a clay pot, mix with wheat bran through a sheet of paper; stir-fry while stirring constantly until a fragrant herbal aroma is released and the floury smell disappears; discard the wheat bran; grind into a fine powder) 4 liang, Angelica sinensis (wash with wine, then soak in high-quality wine for one and a half days; sun-dry; grind into a fine powder) 5 liang, Prepared Rehmannia root (wash with high-quality wine, then soak in wine; sun-dry; grind into a fine powder) 5 liang,Dried Chinese Yam (powder) 4 liang, Poria (scrape off the coarse skin, chop coarsely, sun-dry, mix with wheat bran in a pot, stir-fry through a sheet of paper until tea-brown in color, remove the bran, and grind into a fine powder) 3 liang, Fangfeng (remove the root stalk, chop coarsely, stir-fry through a sheet of paper until dry, and grind into a powder) 3 liang,Mercury Oxide (flying twice with mercury, ground into a fine powder) 5 qian, Pure Lead (mix 3 bowls of a young woman’s breast milk with the measured flour to form a paste for making pills), Pure Mercury (decocted with a child’s urine) 4 liang.

Processing
Grind each of the above ingredients separately into an extremely fine powder, mix them thoroughly, sift the mixture through a fine sieve, and form pills using the milk paste described above, each the size of a Paulownia seed. Dry them in the sun and store them in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
Take 50–60 or 70–80 pills per dose, washed down with salted water in the early morning, and with Yuanzhi Decoction before bedtime.
