Benefits
A combination of cold and dampness, causing pain on the right side of the head and aversion to cold. Stiffness in the neck muscles and spine; pain in the shoulders, back, shoulder blades, and eyes; pain in the knee joints; weakness; and a heavy, labored gait. Pain caused by wind, dampness, and heat.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Add 2 bowls of water; first decoct Atractylodes into 2 large cups of decoction, then re-decoct the remaining herbs until reduced to 1 large cup. Take while slightly warm on an empty stomach. Inducing a slight sweat indicates effectiveness.
Note
Avoid alcohol and damp noodles.
