Soft-shelled turtle head, amaranth, scallions, honey, licorice, Euphorbia, Chinese chrysanthemum flowers, seaweed, asafoetida, soft-shelled turtle shell, and safflower seeds.

Processing
Grind the ingredients that should be powdered into a fine powder; pound those that should be crushed until pulverized; mix the powder with the crushed ingredients and pound again. If the mixture is not uniform, add some rice wine to blend it.

Instructions for Use
First, mix wheat flour with water to form a ring and place it around the mass, about 6–7 fen thick. Apply the medicine to the mass. Externally, use two handfuls of tin to hold rice wine, which is then applied as a hot compress over the mass. Replace it when it cools. Continue until the mass begins to shift and the pain subsides. The next day, pus and blood will be expelled in the stool, and the condition will be completely cured.
