3 liang of Changshan (sliced), 1 handful of light bamboo leaves, 1 sheng of wheat.

Benefits
For warm malaria characterized by high fever and slight chills; or for intermittent malaria where the hands and feet feel cold at specific times, followed shortly by high fever; or for cases where the hands and feet feel hot and there is dry retching; (all characters in the text are illegible) or for malaria that begins with severe chills followed by severe fever.
Instructions for Use
Soak in 5 sheng of water overnight; the next morning, boil down to 2 sheng and take in three divided doses while warm.
Note
Avoid raw vegetables and raw scallions.
