Drug Formulation

Benzoin (ground separately) half liang, Frankincense 1 liang, Agarwood 1 liang, Terminalia chebula bark (roasted) 2 liang,Cinnamon (with coarse bark removed) 1 liang and a half, Poria cocos (with black skin removed) 1 liang and a half, Nutmeg kernels 1 liang and a half, Amomum villosum 1 liang and a half, Peony root 1 liang and a half, Piper longum 1 liang and a half, Fennel seeds (lightly roasted) 1 liang and a half, Amomum villosum (peeled and roasted) 1 liang and a half, Schisandra berries (lightly roasted) 1 liang and a half,White cardamom seeds 1.5 liang, Ligusticum root 1.5 liang, Angelica root (sliced, roasted) 1.5 liang, Clove bark (chopped) 1.5 liang, Curcuma zedoaria (roasted, chopped) 1.5 liang, Curcuma zedoaria (roasted, chopped) 1.5 liang, Cyperus root (hairs removed) 1.5 liang,Areca nut (chopped) 1.5 liang, realgar (ground separately) half a liang, asafoetida 1 fen (finely ground, mixed with a small amount of wheat flour to form a cake, then roasted until fragrant and cooked).

Processing

Except for the ingredient to be ground separately, grind the rest into a fine powder, then mix them together thoroughly. Use 30 liang of honey, refined until smooth, to form pills the size of a chicken’s head.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill at a time, chew it thoroughly, and swallow it with warm wine or ginger and salt broth; take as needed.
