Drug Formulation

Ginseng half liang, Pinellia (fermented) half liang, Atractylodes macrocephala (chopped) half liang, Poria cocos (black skin removed) half liang, Gastrodia elata 1 fen, Clove 1 fen, Borneol (ground) 1 qian and a half, Cinnabar (ground, water-washed) 1 qian.

Processing

Except for the ground ingredients, pound the remaining herbs into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using boiled jujube pulp.

Take 10 to 15 pills per dose, washed down with warm ginger tea after meals; clear tea may also be used.
