Drug Formulation

Ginseng 2 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 2 liang, Poria 2 liang, Eucommia bark (stir-fried in salt water) 2 liang,Cistanche (cleaned with wine) 2 liang, Chinese yam (steamed over rice, sliced) 2 liang, prepared rehmannia root 2 liang, cornelian cherry flesh 2 liang, astragalus (stir-fried with honey water) 3 liang, goji berries 3 liang, dodder seeds 3 liang, deer antler (lightly roasted with wine, sliced) 1 liang, schisandra berries 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Separately, pound Cistanche, Goji berries, Prepared Rehmannia, and Ophiopogon, then add a small amount of refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
