Benefits

For back abscesses, boils, carbuncles, and swollen, toxic sores.

Instructions for Use

Take 3–7 bamboo tubes (bitter bamboo), each 1 cun long, leaving the node at one end. Peel away the green outer layer until they are as thin as paper, and use them according to the size of the wound. Boil the bamboo tubes in the aforementioned herbal mixture for more than 10 boils, until the herbs are completely dry. While the bamboo tubes are still hot, press them firmly with your hand and suck them tightly onto the wound. When they are filled with pus, blood, and fluid, they will naturally fall off; if not, pull them off by hand and replace them with another bamboo tube.Repeat this 3–5 times until all the toxin has been eliminated. Then apply a tissue-regenerating ointment; once the wound has filled with new tissue, apply a medicated plaster.
