2 wild cardamom pods (peeled), half a liang of Galanga, and half a he of fresh ginger juice.

Instructions for Use

For the above formula, finely chop the first two ingredients; boil them in one medium bowl of water until reduced to 2 he; combine with the ginger juice and 4 liang of wheat flour to form a paste. Cook the paste in mutton broth until done, and consume on an empty stomach.
