Drug Formulation

Cinnamon bark (with coarse outer bark removed): 1 fen; black pepper (roasted): 49 grains; croton seeds: 7 grains (remove skin and membrane, grind until all oil is extracted); blister beetles: 7 (remove head, legs, and wings; roast).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from noodles boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a sesame seed, then air-dry.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 pills each time, with warm wine after breakfast and dinner, and before bedtime; for women, take with vinegar-flavored broth.

Note

Contraindicated for pregnant women.
