Drug Formulation
Raw gypsum (finely ground) 1 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome 6 qian, antelope horn 2 qian, Polygonatum officinale (sliced) 1.5 qian, peppermint leaves 2 qian, green forsythia 2 qian, cicada exoskeleton (with legs and dirt removed) 1.5 qian, dried silkworm 2 qian.

Benefits
For children with a rash accompanied by heat in both the exterior and interior, or restlessness with a desire to drink, or a sore throat and hoarseness, or wheezing and coughing.
Instructions for Use
Decoct the ingredients in water, strain to obtain 1.5 zhong of clear decoction, and divide into two doses to be taken warm. It is best if a slight sweat develops after taking the medicine. If a slight sweat occurs after one dose, the remaining medicine may still be taken. If a profuse sweat occurs after just one dose, discontinue the remaining medicine. These dosages are intended for children aged 7–8 years and older; for those under 7–8 years of age, the dosage should be reduced appropriately according to the child’s age.
