Formulas Name : Clove Decoction
Chinese Name : 丁香煮散
Drug Formulation
1 liang of cloves, 3 liang of Shenqu (wrapped in damp paper and roasted), 3 liang of large-sized chebulic myrobalan, 3 liang of dried ginger (half raw, half cooked), 3 liang of Pinellia (roasted), 3 liang of Magnolia bark (processed with ginger), 3 liang of licorice (half raw, half cooked), and 4.5 liang of aged tangerine peel.

Grind the ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 qian per dose, add 3 slices of fresh ginger and 1 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 5 fen, and take while hot before meals; for severe cases, take two doses, twice daily.
Note
Avoid raw and cold foods, as well as foods that stir the qi.
