Chinese Name : 五果膏

Drug Formulation

Half a jin of longan flesh, half a jin of red date flesh, 1 jin of walnut meat (shelled), 1 jin of lotus seed meat (with inner skin removed), and 2 jin of Chinese arbutus nut meat (shelled).

Instructions for Use

Place all ingredients in an earthenware pot and boil with river water until reduced to a decoction. Boil the residue again, strain the liquid, and return it to the pot. Simmer over alternating low and high heat until it becomes a paste. Add half a jin of maltose to neutralize the heat toxicity, then dissolve in boiling water and take orally.
