Tussilago flower (roasted) 1 liang, Apricot kernels (with skin and tips removed, roasted with bran) 1 liang, Fritillaria bulb (core removed, soaked) 1 liang, Angelica dahurica 1.5 liang, Licorice root (roasted) 1.5 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills, making 15 pills per liang.
