Drug Formulation
Ginseng (root removed) half liang, Poria half liang, Licorice 1 liang (roasted), Silkworm (threads removed) 2 qian and a half, Atractylodes macrocephala half liang (roasted), Platycodon root tips 2 qian and a half, Cinnabar half liang, Whole scorpions 5 (de-poisoned), Gold foil 6 pieces,6 pieces of silver foil, Ophiopogon tuber (removed core, stir-fried) half liang, Wood Fragrance half liang, Sour Jujube Seed 1 liang (boiled to remove skin and shell), Clam Powder (stir-fried) half liang, Large Ochre Stone half liang (boiled in vinegar).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into water pills or honey pills.

Instructions for Use
For acute convulsions with tidal fever, take with a decoction of bamboo sap and mint leaves; for nighttime crying, take with a decoction of hearth-center soil; for indigestion, take with a decoction of Schizonepeta; for rashes or smallpox, take with a decoction of cicada exoskeletons (with legs and wings removed); for convulsive twitching, take with a decoction of Fangfeng; for regular administration, take with a decoction of gold, silver, and mint; for chronic convulsions, take with a decoction of winter melon seeds.
