Processing

Simmer the honey over low heat; then add the ghee and stir until well blended. Bring to a boil several times before adding the ground lotus seed and cypress seed powders. After boiling several more times, add the paste of peach, apricot, and jujube. Simmer slowly for half an incense stick’s duration until all ingredients are heated through. Add the ground amomum and stir well. Store in several porcelain jars, immerse them in cold water for one day to remove any residual heat, and seal the openings with oiled paper or grease-coated membrane.
