Formulas Name : Dampness-Clearing Decoction

Chinese Name : 清湿汤

Drug Formulation

Salt-fried Phellodendron, Atractylodes lancea (soaked in rice water and stir-fried), Notopterygium, Stephania, Atractylodes macrocephala, Tangerine peel, Coix seed, White peony root (wine-fried), Ligusticum chuanxiong, Alisma, Poria, Gardenia seed (fried), Shenqu (fried), Safflower (fried), and Licorice—all in equal parts.

Instructions for Use

Decoct the above ingredients in 2 zhong of water with 3 slices of fresh ginger and 1 jujube, then take the decoction.
