Drug Formulation
2 qian of Bile Star, 2 qian of Realgar, 2 qian of Amber, 2 qian of Cinnabar, 2 qian of Borneol, 2 qian of Whole Scorpion, 1 qian of Croton Seed Powder, and 2 fen of Musk.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of millet grains using Shenqu paste.
Benefits
For wind-cold colds, epidemic diseases, stroke with loss of speech, cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, intestinal colic, heatstroke, difficulty urinating or defecating, bloody dysentery, food stagnation, dizziness caused by wind-phlegm, and in women, metrorrhagia and menorrhagia.
Instructions for Use
Adults take 1 fen; for children, the dose is determined by age, ranging from 3–4 li to 7–8 li. For wind-cold common cold, take with ginger decoction; for epidemic fever, take with freshly drawn water; for stroke with aphasia, take with ginger decoction; for cholera with vomiting and diarrhea and intestinal colic, take with ginger decoction; for heatstroke, take with water; for difficulty urinating or defecating, take with lampwick decoction;for bloody dysentery, take with tea; for food stagnation, take with barley malt decoction; for dizziness caused by wind-phlegm, take with ginger decoction; for women with menorrhagia or prolonged menstruation, grind with Beijing ink and take with a child’s urine.
Note
Contraindicated for pregnant women.
