Raw Rehmannia Root (baked until dry) 4 liang, Asparagus Root (core removed) 4 liang, Fructus Aurantii (pulp removed, stir-fried with wheat bran) 2 liang, Chrysanthemum Flowers (stems removed) 2 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
