Chinese Name : 神仙坠痰丸
Drug Formulation
1 jin of black pharbitis (use the top and root ends, 4 liang); 1 liang 6 qian of soapberry (free of insect damage, peel and string removed, fried with butter until yellow, seeds removed and cleaned); 1 liang 2 qian of white alum.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with clear water to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 30–50 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 100 pills; take on an empty stomach with warm wine. For severe cases, take one dose every 5 or 10 days; for mild cases, take one dose every half-month or month. Long-term use ensures one will never suffer from paralysis.
