Chinese Name : 八宝止血药墨
Drug Formulation
1 jin 2 liang of ink powder, 2 qian of safflower, 2 qian of borneol, 1 qian of musk, 4 qian of bear bile, 1 liang of rock sugar, and 1 liang 6 qian of donkey-hide gelatin.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder, then pound with a pestle 10,000 times to form a paste.

For hematemesis, epistaxis, blood in urine or stool, and sudden hematemesis caused by intense anger or sudden fever. Also for hemoptysis, blood in sputum, and in women, metrorrhagia with persistent spotting. Externally, apply to treat toxic and malignant sores, as well as mumps in the early stages.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 qian 4 fen per dose, washed down with plain boiled water.
Note
Avoid consuming irritating foods. Contraindicated for pregnant women.
