Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian each time; pound it evenly with one scallion white, apply it to the palm of the hand—the left for men and the right for women—and cover the area above the navel, ensuring the medicine does not touch the skin. Then, use one hand to cup the area in front of the genitals; women should do the same. Drink one bowl of boiled mung bean soup, light half a stick of incense, and you will begin to sweat. If no sweat appears, drink more mung bean soup to induce it; once sweat breaks out, the condition will be cured.
