1 liang Sichuan pepper, 5 qian Du Huo, 5 qian Qiang Huo, 5 qian wood apple, 3 qian white angelica, 1 liang Schizonepeta spikelets.

Instructions for Use
Use 1 teapot of water; boil until reduced to half a teapot. Pour out the liquid, strain out the residue, and use it for a warm bath in a draft-free area. After washing, pat dry. Then, heat Sichuan pepper in a pan, wrap it in silk, and apply it as a hot compress to the affected area; alternatively, heated salt may also be used for the compress.
