Drug Formulation

Half a liang of ginseng root, 1 fen of Bupleurum (stems removed), 1 fen of Sichuan rhubarb (coarsely chopped and lightly roasted), 1 fen of Artemisia capillaris, half a liang of Hengshan, and half a liang of softshell turtle shell (coated with vinegar, roasted until yellow, and with the edges removed).

Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 4 qian per dose; add 1 medium bowl of water and 50 soybean seeds; decoct until reduced to 5 fen; strain and take all at once, regardless of the time of day. Continue until vomiting occurs.
