3 liang of Bi Zi Ren (placed in a raw silk bag), 3 liang of He Shou Niao (sliced into small pieces), 3 liang of Rou Cong Rong (sliced into small pieces), and 3 liang of Niu Xi (finely sliced and placed in a raw silk bag).

Processing

Soak the above herbs in 3 sheng of wine for 7 days in spring and summer, and for 14 days in autumn and winter. First, pound Achyranthes root and Aralia seed into a paste; then, pound Polygonum multiflorum and Cistanche together with a pestle to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20–30 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine on an empty stomach.
