1 jin of cypress knots, 1 jin of fir knots, 1 jin of agarwood knots, and 1 jin of pine knots.

Processing

Crush the ingredients to the size of a finger, place them in a cloth bag, and immerse the bag in sesame oil for half a meal’s time, then remove and strain. First, take a white crucible, pierce a hole in the bottom so that the opening is the size of a chicken or duck egg. Place a small handful of pine needles over the hole, set the crucible on a bed of white salt, and seal the joint of the crucible with yellow earthen clay (tuqu) to a thickness of several fen. Finally, place the medicine inside the crucible;Place raw charcoal on top of the medicine to ignite it; the drippings should flow into the clay base. Wait until the charcoal has completely burned out before opening the crucible.

Instructions for Use

Apply the liquid from the (soil container) to the affected area twice daily.
