Drug Formulation

Half a liang of white mugwort leaves (finely chopped into a powder, boiled with half a zhan of vinegar until the vinegar is completely evaporated), half a liang of angelica root (stem removed, soaked in wine), half a liang of red peony root,Eucommia (soaked in boiling water 7 times, then stir-fried) half liang, Cinnamon Bark (coarse bark removed, not exposed to fire) half liang, Aconite (roasted, peel and pith removed, finely chopped, then stir-fried) half liang, Myrrh (ground separately) half liang, Piper longum half liang, Frankincense (not exposed to fire) half liang, Agarwood 1 fen (not exposed to fire).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste of vinegar and flour to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
