Chinese Name : 生姜泄肠汤
Drug Formulation
3 liang of fresh ginger, 3 liang of tangerine peel, 3 liang of green bamboo shavings, 3 liang of scutellaria root, 3 liang of gardenia seeds, 3 liang of white atractylodes, 1 liang of cinnamon bark, 3 liang of poria, 3 liang of sodium silicate, 10 liang of raw rehmannia root, and 14 jujubes.

Benefits
For excessive heat in the large intestine, abdominal distension with constipation, mouth sores, distension and fullness in the abdomen and flanks, heavy pain in the lower back, and shortness of breath with a sensation of fullness.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. Boil in 7 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng; strain out the residue, add magnesium sulfate, and divide into 2 doses.
Note
Avoid raw scallions, wild mustard, seaweed, Chinese cabbage, vinegar-based foods, peaches, plums, and sparrow meat.
