Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. For every 1 liang of the powder, take 5 castor beans and roast them with wheat bran in a cast-iron pot until golden yellow; grind them into a paste. Add 1 qian of talcum powder and mix well. Use refined honey to form pills the size of a sesame seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 5 to 7 pills per dose, washed down with congee or broth. Induce a bowel movement to expel contents from the large intestine. If the condition has not resolved, repeat the dose every other day. After expelling pathological matter from both the large and small intestines as described above, treat with the Tonifying Deficiency Decoction until cured.
Note
Avoid raw and cold foods, wheat products, salt, and toxic substances for fifty days.
