Instructions for Use

Simmer the above ingredients in half a zhan of sugar water in an earthenware pot until the liquid has evaporated. Eat them while still warm. Take 7 pieces every morning on an empty stomach during the first ten days of each month, until the entire dose is finished within 7 days.
