Drug Formulation

1 liang of Ephedra (roots and nodes removed), 1 liang of Du Huo, 1 liang of Fangfeng (root base removed), half a liang of Cinnamon Bark, 3 fen of Chuanxiong, 2 liang of Danggui (chopped, lightly roasted), half a liang of Antelope Horn shavings, 1 liang of Sour Jujube Seeds, half a liang of Sichuan Cimicifuga, half a liang of Qin Jiao (stems removed),Apricot Kernels 3 fen (soaked in hot water, remove skin, tip, and double kernels; stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow), Licorice 0.5 liang (lightly roasted until slightly red, coarsely chopped).

Instructions for Use

Take 4 qian per dose. Use 1 medium bowl of water, add half a fen of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain out the residue, add half a he of bamboo sap, and take while warm, regardless of the time of day.
