Processing

First, dig a pit in the ground about 3 cun deep. Use 5 jin of charcoal to heat it until the coals glow red; remove the coals, pour half a zhan of good wine into the pit, then place the Tiannanxing inside. Next, use three liang of charcoal to cover the pit. Wait until the Tiannanxing cracks slightly, then remove it, chop it into small pieces, and roast it again until evenly cooked—it must not be even slightly undercooked. Let it cool, then grind it into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 zi or half a qian per dose, mixed with a concentrated decoction of ginger and Fangfeng, regardless of the time of day.
