3 liang of Gastrodia elata, 3 fen of antelope horn shavings, 1 liang of Notopterygium incisum, 1 liang of Saposhnikovia divaricata (with root base removed), 1 liang of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 3 fen of Chrysanthemum morifolium, 3 fen of Cornus officinalis, 3 fen of Dioscorea opposita, 3 fen of Asarum sieboldii,Gaobin 3 fen, Duhuo 1 liang, Qin Jiao 3 fen (stem removed), Ma Huang 1 liang (roots and nodes removed), Zhike 1 liang (lightly fried with wheat bran until pale yellow, pith removed), Bai Jili 1 liang (lightly fried, thorns removed), Manjingzi 3 fen,Astragalus root 3 fen (chopped), deer antler gelatin 3 fen (crushed, stir-fried until yellow and dry), sour jujube seed 3 fen (lightly stir-fried), Salvia root 0.5 liang, Acanthopanax root 0.5 liang (lightly roasted), Lycium bark 0.5 liang, White fresh bark 0.5 liang, Chinese Stephania root 3 fen,Cinnamon Bark 3 fen, Aconite Root 3 fen (cracked by roasting, peel and pith removed), Achyranthes Root 3 fen (stems removed), Coix Seed 3 fen, Eucommia Bark half liang (wrinkled outer skin removed, lightly roasted until pale yellow, coarsely chopped), Heather half liang, Angelica Root 3 fen, Raw Rehmannia Root 3 fen,Smilax glabra root half liang (chopped), Schisandra chinensis fruit 3 fen (cracked by roasting, with skin and pith removed), Xanthium seed half liang, Dried ginger 3 fen (cracked by roasting, chopped), Donkey-hide gelatin 3 fen (crushed, stir-fried until yellow and dry), Rhinoceros horn shavings 3 fen, Ginseng 3 fen (with root tip removed), Atractylodes macrocephala 3 fen,Sichuan pepper 3 fen (remove seeds and closed pods; lightly stir-fry to remove moisture), Angelica dahurica 3 fen, Alisma 3 fen, licorice root half liang (roasted until slightly reddish, coarsely chopped), apricot kernels half liang (soaked in hot water, remove skin, tip, and double kernels; stir-fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow).
