Chinese Name : 青龟丸
Drug Formulation
1 turtle, 5 liang of Poria, 6 qian of coix seed, 4 pairs of the hind claws of a sheep’s hoof, 5 qian of pangolin scales (all stir-fried with earth), 2 liang of ginseng, 1 liang of dried green moss, 1 liang of astragalus, 3 liang of angelica root, 2 stems of roof moss (air-dried, not fire-roasted), 1 liang of white angelica, and 1 liang of locust seeds.

Processing
Grind each of the above herbs into a fine powder. Pound the turtle to death in a stone mortar, mix it with the herbal powder, and steam it in a rice pot until cooked. Roast the turtle meat over a fire until dry, grind it into a powder, and combine it with the previous mixture, then mix with honey to form pills.

Hemorrhoidal fistula.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian daily; after one month, the fistula will dry up; after two months, the fistula will close completely; continued use will lead to a complete cure with no recurrence.
Note
While taking the medicine, one must sleep alone and abstain from alcohol and sexual activity for three months. If one does not abstain from alcohol and sexual activity during treatment, the remedy will not be effective; one must be cautious.
