Drug Formulation

1 liang of Yellow Dan (sifted), 1 liang of Beeswax, 1 qian of Frankincense, 1 qian of Myrrh, 8 apricot kernels (peeled and tips removed), 8 croton seeds (oil removed).

Processing

Grind the four ingredients into a fine powder. Melt the beeswax, then mix the powder thoroughly with the wax. Allow to cool and solidify, then roll into pills the size of soybeans.

For pediatric dysentery.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose on an empty stomach. For bloody dysentery, take with cold licorice decoction; for white dysentery, take with cold dried ginger decoction; for watery diarrhea, take with cold rice water.

Note

Avoid raw, cold, and greasy foods.
