Drug Formulation

Gypsum (ground separately and added) 1 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed, roasted) 1 liang, Trichosanthes root 1 liang, Poria sclerotium (wood removed) 1 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome (roasted) 1 liang, Coptis rhizome (stems removed) 1 liang, Lycium root bark 1 liang, Poria cocos (black skin removed) 1 liang, Lead white (roasted until yellow) half a liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with rice water on an empty stomach; take another dose before the evening meal. Alternatively, prepare as a powder: take 2 qian bi per dose, mixed with cold boiled water.
