Chinese Name : 止血定痛散
Drug Formulation
Genuine Sandalwood 1 liang, aged mine ash 1 liang, Poria cocos 1 liang, cicada exuviae (head and legs removed, washed with water) 3 qian, snake exuviae (head and legs removed, washed with water) 3 qian, raw Pinellia 3 qian, pearl 1 qian, elephant skin 1 liang (if elephant skin is unavailable, substitute with 5 qian of genuine ivory).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder until no sound is heard when rubbed; store in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
In case of a fall or injury, apply the powder directly to the affected area. Once a scab has formed, mix the powder with pure sesame oil and apply it using a chicken feather.
Note
As this formula contains raw Pinellia, it must not be ingested under any circumstances.
