5 qian of Lycium bark, 5 qian of Stemona, 5 qian of Lily bulb, 5 qian of Asparagus root, 5 qian of Ophiopogon tuber, 1 liang of Coix seed, 1 liang of Huarui Stone, 3 qian of Cold Water Stone, 3 qian of Coptis chinensis, 3 qian of genuine bear bile.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills using mung bean starch.
