Drug Formulation
He Shou Wu (first steam in a sand pot lined with willow leaves, alternating layers with black beans and red dates until cooked; sun-dry until reduced to half a jin; soak in human milk, then sun-dry; repeat the soaking and drying process until the original one jin is reduced to approximately half a jin before use in medicine) 2 liang, Goji Berries 1 liang,Achyranthes root 1 liang (soaked in wine), Poria 1 liang, Polygonatum 1 liang, sweet mulberry fruit and Asparagus root 1 liang (cores removed), Ophiopogon root 1 liang (cores removed), raw Rehmannia root 4 liang (soaked in wine, sun-dried), prepared Rehmannia root 1 liang (soaked in wine).

Processing
None of the above ingredients should come into contact with iron utensils. Grind them all into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 100 pills at a time, washed down with warm water or salted water, three times daily.
