Chinese Name : 大黑神丸
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Zengqing, 1 liang of sulfur, 1 liang of mercury (combined with sulfur to form a sand-like substance), 1 liang of cinnabar, 1 liang of realgar, 1 liang of white quartz, 1 liang of purple quartz, 1 liang of white alum, 1.5 liang of yellow lead oxide, 50 pieces of gold leaf, 50 pieces of silver leaf, 1 liang of sodium carbonate, 1 liang of calcium carbonate,1 liang of Taiyin Xuanjing (Grind the above 14 ingredients into a fine powder and place them in a sealed jar. Drill a small hole in the top of the jar to allow the yin energy to escape. Initially, simmer over low heat for 2 days; once the yin energy has completely escaped, seal the hole with salt mud. Then apply high heat, gradually heating until the jar turns red. After it cools, bury the jar in damp sand for one fu time to remove all residual heat toxicity. Remove the medicine and grind it again until it becomes a fine powder.), 1 liang of White Borneol, 1 liang of Musk, 1.5 liang of Ox Bile, 1 liang of Talc, 1 liang of Indian Curcuma, half a liang of Ground Pearl, half a liang of Amber (finely grind the above 7 ingredients and mix them with the other medicines as needed), 1.5 liang of Deer Fetus, 2.5 liang of Black Snake (skin and bones removed), 1 liang of Civet Bone,1.5 liang of tiger tibia, 1 liang of licorice, 1 liang of decayed turtle shell (the above 6 ingredients should be coated with butter and roasted, then pounded and sifted into a fine powder), 1 liang of Tiannanxing (roasted until cracked), 1 liang of white Aconite (roasted until cracked), 1 liang of Tianma, 1.5 liang of Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed), 1 liang of dried scorpion (lightly roasted), 1 liang of cicada shells,Cinnamon Bark 1 liang, Frankincense 1 liang, Areca Nut 1 liang, Angelica Pubescens 1 liang, Asarum 1 liang, Atractylodes Macrocephala 1 liang, Aconite Root 1 liang (roasted until cracked, with skin and navel removed), White Silkworm 1 liang (lightly roasted), Rhinoceros Horn Shavings 1.5 liang, Goral Horn Shavings 1.5 liang.
