Drug Formulation
1 liang of Zengqing, 1 liang of sulfur, 1 liang of mercury (combined with sulfur to form a sand-like substance), 1 liang of cinnabar, 1 liang of realgar, 1 liang of white quartz, 1 liang of purple quartz, 1 liang of white alum, 1.5 liang of yellow lead oxide, 50 pieces of gold leaf, 50 pieces of silver leaf, 1 liang of sodium carbonate, 1 liang of calcium carbonate,1 liang of Taiyin Xuanjing (Grind the above 14 ingredients into a fine powder and place them in a sealed jar. Drill a small hole in the top of the jar to allow the yin energy to escape. Initially, simmer over low heat for 2 days; once the yin energy has completely escaped, seal the hole with salt mud.
