Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and place it in a silk bag. Separately, make a pillow from a thin slab of locust wood, measuring 3 cun 3 fen in height, 4 cun 5 fen in width, and 1 chi 2 cun in length, shaped like a dome. Drill 128 holes on one side, each the size of a paulownia seed. Fill the pillow with the herbal mixture; replace the herbs every 3–5 months.

Instructions for Use

After 100 days, all ailments will be eliminated, and vitality will be greatly enhanced. If both husband and wife use this as a pillow, the effects will be even more remarkable.
