Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with freshly drawn water, and take three doses daily without interruption. After one year of use, you will feel neither the cold of winter nor the heat of summer; after two years, old age will give way to youth, white hair will turn black again, and lost teeth will regrow; after three years, your body will feel light and your lifespan will be extended.
