Instructions for Use

Boil in 8 he of water until reduced by half; add 2 he of fresh Rehmannia root juice; boil for another 7 boils; mix the residue with honey and store in a porcelain vessel; leave overnight; at dawn, strain the clear liquid; take warm on an empty stomach as a single dose; after a while, follow with 3 spoonfuls of rice to settle it; take one dose daily; effective in 3–4 days. An alternative method omits Rehmannia root.
