5 qian of ginseng, 5 qian of Sichuan Coptis (stir-fried with ginger water), 7 qian of Acorus tatarinowii (without iron), 3 qian of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 1 qian 5 fen of stone lotus seeds (shelled; specifically, those with black shells found in Jian lotus seeds), 1 qian 5 fen of Poria cocos, 1 qian 5 fen of aged tangerine peel, a pinch of aged rice, 1 qian 5 fen of winter melon seeds (shelled), and 2 lotus leaf stalks.
