Drug Formulation
3 qian of licorice, 3 qian of peppermint, 3 qian of Euphorbia, 3 qian of camphor, 3 qian of Yangqishi, and 3 qian of perilla leaves.

Processing
Grind all ingredients together, place the mixture in a bowl, and seal the opening with paper. Use a fine awl to pierce small, dense holes in the paper. Cover the bowl with a separate saucer, leaving a gap of half a finger’s width around the rim. Seal the gap with black bean flour. Line the bottom of a clay pot with coarse sand, add water, and set the bowl on the sand so that the water level is one cun below the rim.Simmer the mixture over charcoal until the water has evaporated, replenishing with hot water as needed. Once the water has cooled, remove the mixture, add a small amount of musk, and grind it into a fine powder. Add a small amount of toad venom and dissolve it in human milk. Mix with scallion juice, gypsum, and refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Store them in a sealed porcelain jar. Grind half a pill with saliva, apply the paste to the palm of your hand, and wait approximately one liang. When the paste forms a layer of sesame-seed-sized particles on the surface, the medicinal properties have fully penetrated.

Instructions for Use
If seminal emission persists unchecked and the condition is life-threatening, first prepare this medicine. Seal it at sunset, grind it into a paste, and apply it. If it remains in place overnight without leaking, the kidney essence will be preserved; then gradually use the decoction and pills.
