Saposhnikovia root (stem removed) 4 qian, Schizonepeta 4 qian, Platycodon root 4 qian, Dried tangerine peel (yellow variety) 4 qian, Ligusticum root 4 qian, Cicada slough 3 qian, Peucedanum root 5 qian, Pueraria root 5 qian, Cimicifuga root 5 qian, Scutellaria root (roasted) 6 qian,Lithospermum (Lithospermum root hair is even better) 6 qian, Akebia 6 qian, Arctium seeds (roasted) 7 qian, Forsythia (seed removed) 7 qian, Hawthorn pulp 8 qian, Curcuma 4 qian, Perilla leaf 5 qian, Angelica dahurica 5 qian, Notopterygium 4 qian, Gastrodia 4 qian, Pollen 4 qian.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, form into pills the size of a longan seed using rice paste, and coat with indigo powder.
