Drug Formulation
Myrrh 2 qian (ground separately), Frankincense 2 qian (ground separately), Mercury Oxide 2 qian, Curcuma zedoaria 1 liang, Beijing-style Curcuma zedoaria (roasted) 1 liang, Datura flower 1.5 liang, Soft-shelled Turtle Carapace (dipped in vinegar, roasted until yellow, tips removed, and crushed) 1.5 liang,4 liang of Black Pharbitis (take 2 liang of the fine powder), half a liang of Dried Tangerine Peel (soak together with the Pharbitis flower in good vinegar overnight, strain, sun-dry, then roast), Sichuan Rhubarb (half raw, half soaked in vinegar overnight; soften, cut into chunks, first into large pieces, then into smaller pieces, slice into thin pieces, sun-dry slightly, then roast—do not let it burn).

Processing
Grind the latter seven ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with the first three ingredients, combine with refined honey to form a mass, and pound in a mortar 3,000 times. Divide each liang into four pills.

Instructions for Use
Chew thoroughly and swallow with warm water. Take the entire dose before bedtime; do not use a pillow. Lie on your back until after the first watch of the night, then sleep as you please. The next day, if you expel accumulated masses, fragments, worms, or pus and blood, the treatment is effective. For severe cases, take one more pill after three days; for mild cases, take one more dose after fifty days. If there is wandering pain throughout the body, dissolve the pill in a decoction of frankincense and myrrh;For unstoppable nosebleeds, dissolve in cold water; for cases involving parasites, dissolve in sesame oil; for those under 15 or over 50 years of age, divide one pill into two doses; for those under 10 or over 60, divide one pill into three doses; for those under 6 or over 70, divide one pill into four doses; for those under 3 or over 80, divide one pill into five doses. However, it is best taken before bedtime.
Note
Avoid raw, cold, hard, and greasy foods. Eat plain rice porridge for 3 days.
